Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future As an Associate IV, Contracts supporting our US Marketing business, you will help ensure our branded fuels contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our customers’ needs. You will work closely with Sales, Legal, and other internal partners to draft, administer, and maintain contracts that support our growth and protect the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, systems, and stakeholders to keep contract processes running smoothly at Phillips 66. What You’ll Do: - Support contract managers in reviewing and drafting contracts, terms, and conditions that meet legal requirements and industry standards for the energy sector. - Coordinate with Sales, US Marketing, and other internal partners to ensure timely creation, routing, and execution of contracts, amendments, and addenda. - Maintain accurate contract records and databases, including data entry, document filing, and updates throughout the customer lifecycle from initial setup through renewal or termination. - Gather and report on contract performance information to support negotiations, renegotiations, and business decision-making. - Arr...
