Position: Warehouse Lead Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, onsite Compensation: $22.00 per hour, bi-weekly pay, benefits package Core Responsibilities & Duties: Job Duties (not limited to the list below) Each employee is expected to communicate with their team in a respectful and professional manner; exhibit mature behavior in dealing with challenging situations. Support and implement the company’s initiatives to promote positive employee morale and team building. Responsible for enforcing warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of Cal OSHA and state regulations. Provide direction and motivation to the floor team in order to promote efficiency, quality and accuracy. Uphold employee handbook policies. Helps monitor warehouse overtime. Helps ensure the team has proper tools to execute their job duties. Understand and help drive departmental key performance indicators (KPI). Helps convey maintenance of warehouse equipment/tools and all necessary repairs to the maintenance department.
