Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Coach who is ready to bridge the gap between coaching excellence and studio leadership. This individual delivers a best-in-class member experience while supporting the Head Coach and Studio Manager in maintaining operational standards and driving studio performance. This role is ideal for a candidate with a "growth mindset" who is looking for upward mobility and a clear path toward future leadership opportunities within Orangetheory Fitness. We Offer: Compensation: Listed pay of $35 to $65 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers. Cash Incentives : Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases. Direct Career Track: Six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.
