Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the Easterseals NH & VT team! This is a fantastic opportunity to support and elevate professional development across our organization. From coordinating trainings to supporting learners and facilitators, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, engaging learning experience for both internal staff and external audiences. Responsibilities include: Serve as primary administrator of agency Learning Management System: Establish and maintain procedures and norms for LMS use, Maintain course library, Liaise with Information Technology department specialists to maintain LMS setup, data integrity and necessary updates, Create and integrate content for agency-wide training needs and Create and maintain LMS functions that support and monitor compliance with agency-wide training requirements Ensure that all instructional content meets agency standards Track and create reports on outcomes of all training Train new instructors to use learning management and content creation platforms.
