Job description

As a Finance Business Analyst (Business Transformation), you will be a key architect of change within our Finance organization. Your mission is to evolve our financial ecosystem from manual, reactive reporting to automated, proactive strategic intelligence. This new role will partner with our Digital Transformation (DX) and IT teams to implement next-generation tools and rethink how financial data flows through our organization Additionally, play a supporting role in accelerating our AI readiness by overseeing data preparedness and labeling workflows. You will collaborate with business & technology stakeholders to defi ne annotation guidelines, ensuring that training datasets are accurate, consistent, and representative of real-world scenarios.
