Part-Time | Parsippany, NJ Area (Opportunity to grow into full-time) Caring Transitions of Parsippany is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Senior Transition Consultant to help expand our presence across the Parsippany area and surrounding communities. This role combines community relationship building, client consultation, and business development to help families navigate important life transitions. You will build connections with local senior living communities, realtors specializing in downsizing, estate attorneys, and other professionals who support seniors and their families. You will also meet directly with prospective clients and family members to explain our services and guide them through their options in a consultative and compassionate way. These conversations help inform customized service proposals for families navigating downsizing, relocation, estate cleanouts, and online estate sales. Every day in this role is different. One day you may be networking with a local realtor or senior community director, and the next you may be meeting with a family to discuss how we can help them prepare for a move or manage an estate.
