Required Attributes, Experience & Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are desirable Accredited NABERS assessor in Energy, Water Carbon neutral certification for Office and Shopping Centre Demonstrated understanding of commercial building systems (HVAC, lighting, controls) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocol. Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical staff, property managers and clients.
