About the Team The Compensation team designs and manages programs aimed at motivating and retaining top talent and enabling our Pay for Performance philosophy. Our work impacts every employee globally through the programs we administer. As part of the Total Rewards function, the Global Compensation team strives to provide a consistent and inclusive experience for all DoorDash employees across the globe, regardless of their location, background, or job responsibility. About the Role: DoorDash is seeking a Principal, Compensation Design who is a first principles thinker to join a team focused on running our cycles, designing our site, and building our job architecture and ranges. You will be an integral part of the team that redesigns and maintains DoorDash’s compensation infrastructure as the business scales. This year is particularly exciting as you will be a key contributor to merging three different international company job architectures .
