Overview We are seeking a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nursing Assistant , also referred to as a Med-Surg Tele Nursing Assistant. The Med-Surg/Tele Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring patient safety for adults recovering from surgeries or illnesses while on heart monitors. They play a critical role in observing patients, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment to promote recovery.
