NY Guaranteed Repair Program (GRP) Administrator The Guaranteed Repair Program (GRP) Administrator is responsible for the administration, oversight, and quality control of the Door-to-Door and Guaranteed Repair Programs throughout Downstate New York and Long Island. This role evaluates demographic and performance data, including Risk in Force and claim volume, to determine business needs for third-party service providers such as collision repair facilities. The GRP Administrator monitors service quality, estimate accuracy, and severity results through closed estimate reviews, onsite statistical reviews, and reinspections. This position also develops and reviews management reports, communicates results to participating repair facilities, and ensures compliance with company standards and New York State regulations.
