Overview The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) provides dedicated, high-level administrative support to Carenet Health’s President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role requires exceptional organizational ability, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with precision in a fast-paced environment. The EAA ensures seamless coordination of daily operations, executive workflows, and critical business priorities for both leaders. Responsibilities: - Provide proactive administrative support to the President and CFO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and task prioritization. - Screen, prioritize, and respond to email, phone, and correspondence on behalf of the President and CFO, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up. - Prepare, edit, and refine executive-level documents, financial packets, presentations, board materials, and operational reports; gather and compile information as requested. - Manage and reconcile expense reports and reimbursements for the President and CFO, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company financial policies. - Coordinate high-visibility meetings and events, including executive review...
