This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order entry, timely scheduling, and professional communication with patients, nurses, dialysis partners, and shipping carriers while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
