Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting: Ensure safety measures for machine are all adhered to Record production data: Complete quality audits and fill-out related paperwork Communicate production and mechanical issues effectively to shift lead or supervisor Additional Responsibilities: Make decisions within scope of responsibility Adhere to production schedule and quality standards Comply with all safety and health regulations Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in wor k area Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards Effectively communicate and train others as needed Organization: Reports to: Shift Supervisor: Interactions: Qualifications: Work Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent level of education 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
