Sr Project Engineer

The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking an experienced project engineer to join our team across Colorado. This position will work outside on an active construction site. As part of the construction management team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by acting as an owner’s representative for inspection and contract administration during the construction of large-scale projects. This position will manage the consultant contract, including responsibility for accounts receivable, subconsultant management, and client management interface; plan and organize the work of others, which may include managing a small team of direct reports; verify and ensure construction activities are performed in compliance with contract documentation; direct construction engineering administration and inspection programs; draft all owner’s-side project correspondence; review claims, change orders, and requests for time extensions; participate in the marketing and development of new contract opportunities and pursuits; and develop and/or reviews policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
