Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: - Reporting to the Electronic Security System Manager within the Emory Police Department, this position is responsible for installation, service, repair and maintenance of computer-based integrated electronic security and control systems including electronic access control systems, CCTV systems, alarm systems and other supportive devices. - Provides project management coordination through Emory shops and/or outside contractors. - Interprets building blue prints and works with the Emory design team in programming new construction requirements. - Ensures warranty compliance for new installations. - Works with customer department representatives to provide security and safety recommendations. - Trains staff on the proper use of equipment. - Maintains electronic security system records and files. - Performs related responsibilities as required.
