Position Summary: The Extrusion Manager is a key member of the Plant Management Team, responsible for leading the extrusion department to safely produce high-quality extrusions at the lowest cost. This role oversees production performance, staffing, quality, safety, and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Champion a zero-injury safety culture by actively engaging employees at all levels and collaborating with EHS to ensure compliance and safe work practices. - Lead the extrusion operations team, including supervisors, die shop, production scheduling, and logistics, to meet or exceed KPIs in throughput, recovery, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery. - Collaborate with...
