JOB SUMMARY: The Housing Dispatcher will be responsible for the intake, tracking, and real-time monitoring of all requests for maintenance, trailer power, and check in/out procedures. This is a temporary, full-time , non-exempt role, based in Gerlach, NV running from July thru September , 2026. The deadline to apply for this role is 5:00 pm Pacific o n Friday May 1st 2026. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Dispatch (85%): - Maintain a radio presence; collect, track, and efficiently dispatch incoming information and requests to the NVO Rehab and NVO Mobile Maintenance teams, liaising with other departments and vendors as necessary. - Communicate with residents to help facilitate and schedule the movement of Staff Housing. - Maintain regular communication with residents regarding timelines for the transportation of housing. - As directed by the Housing Dispatch Lead, collaborate with the NVO Specialty Construction Manager, to support the development of troubleshooting guides to aid the dispatch team in adequately evaluating and directing incoming calls. - Monitor the progress of service calls; coordinate with the NVO Rehab and NVO Mobile Maintenance teams to inform residents of estim...
