Work is performed under the Environmental Supervisor II - SES. This position serves as the lead inspector for the county-wide Limited Use System (LUS), Public Water Systems (PWS), and Wastewater Treatment Facilities for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Florida Department of Health (FDOH). Exercise theoretical and practical knowledge of scientific and engineering principles in the water and wastewater fields. Perform inspections and monitoring community drinking water treatment facilities (CW) and Limited Use Systems (LU), Wastewater Treatment plants and lift stations.
