Summary: Applicant must possess a master’s degree from an accredited school that fulfills the academic requirement for Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, from an accredited college or university. Candidates must possess a current, active, and unrestricted California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) and working toward full licensure.
