Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition coordination, or onboarding support - Bilingual in English and Spanish Job Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Representative plays a key role in ensuring a seamless pre-employment and onboarding experience for all new hires and temporary employees converting to regular status.
