Project Manager - EPMO Portfolio Reporting

Job description

Under the direction of the Director of Portfolio Management & Reporting, the Project Manager – EPMO Portfolio Reporting is responsible for supporting the enterprise project portfolio. This role collaborates with the (Enterprise Portfolio Management Office) EPMO team and departments to intake and track the Tribe’s strategic initiatives/projects; monitor progress, and report on status; and communicate with tribal leadership, executives, project sponsors and team members. Supports the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools for effective initiative/project management, and helps educate team members on successful execution of strategies. Leads initiatives/projects requiring knowledge of Yuhaaviatam Tribal and business operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Oversees assigned department(s) project portfolio covering a wide range of initiatives from intake to delivery, works with project sponsors and team members to provide a comprehensive overview of initiative and projects, provides quality assurance ensuring that initiatives and projects are well managed and adhering to appropriate standards and good practice. 2.
