What we need: At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, we are seeking an accomplished and passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer to fill a unique hybrid role. This is a hands-on developer position for an expert who also possesses a deep passion for software quality and test automation. While you will be a key contributor to our full-stack development efforts, your primary focus will be to own and drive our quality assurance governance and automation strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Development, you will be the team's go-to expert for building quality and automation into our products from the ground up. This position is eligible for the Flex persona in our Boston, MA office twice a week. Your Day to Day: Lead the vision for quality: Design, own, and implement the end-to-end quality assurance and test automation strategy for our digital applications.
