Overview The Program Coordinator II supports the RESTORE program. The RESTORE program is a community-academic research collaborative within the Division of Health Promotion and Behavioral Science in the School of Public Health at San Diego State University, under the leadership and supervision of Dr. Sabrina L. Smiley. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), the Clinical Research Program Manager will provide administrative leadership and community engagement through a wide variety of responsibilities: Principal Responsibilities - Prepare and submit all payment requests (Emburse and MyRF) and hiring documentation (iCims and EPAS) for all financial and personnel actions through the SDSU Research Foundation (SDSURF). Submissions and approvals should happen in a timely manner to meet all deadlines and vendor/subaward agreement payment terms. Training will be provided. - Administer and renew vendor contracts while maintaining accuracy and adherence to SDSURF policies and Federal Guidelines.
