What's in Store: We are on the lookout for an experienced Litigation Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex litigated claims across casualty and liability lines. In comparable Davies roles, litigation-oriented adjusters are expected to analyze coverage, determine liability and damages, manage reserves, coordinate defense strategy, direct counsel, attend mediations and settlement conferences, and maintain accurate reporting through the life of the claim.
