Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Development team Marsh Risk Technology. This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Full‑Stack PHP Developer you will act as Technical Lead therefore it is expected from you to coordinate day‑to‑day delivery, mentor engineers, drive platform modernization, and contribute hands‑on to backend and front‑end development. Balance shipping business features with improving architecture, tooling and operational reliability.
