Summary: Works in conjunction with the Concessions Manager to coordinate, direct, monitor and supervise all concourse operations with a focus on Beer Portables, Club, Premium, and Loge and Bar operations at INTRUST Bank Arena. Assists Concessions Manager to provide premium services and backstage catering at Capitol Federal Amphitheater. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Management of all Bars, Loge, Club Seats, Brew Pub Seating, Loft Seating, Club Platform, and Cox Lounge. Hiring, training and direction of quality bartenders, servers and support personnel. Monitor all alcohol and food costs and quality control. Keeping within guidelines of the department. Works with Executive Chef to promote food and drink quality and standards. Organization of training program for new-hires and groups. Directly handles all guests’ related issues. Creates and implements training materials to develop team. Teaming and station assignments of all bar and restaurant personnel. Assures compliance with all State laws and health codes.
