Description Classification: Full time, hourly position with benefits Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, Director of Operations, Administrative Executive, Quality Executive, Marketing and Outreach Executive, Clinical Director, Managing Physical Therapist, Staff therapists, Staff Physical Therapist Assistants. JOB DESCRIPTION: To manage the patient’s plan of care, ensuring that patients are able to meet their health and wellness goals in a caring, legal and ethical manner, serving both the patients and the clinics best interests; creating a raving fan that will refer future patients to HealthActions.
