Job Title Senior Field Service Engineer Job Description: Position Summary: As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) you will support Vanderlande customer sites from a mechanical and electromechanical perspective. This role will primarily support the launching of new customer sites, with occasional support at existing facilities. The work will be alongside customer employees acting as a consultant, supporting incident restoration, root cause analysis, and other system improvements. Essential Functions: - Support troubleshooting incidents on Vanderlande supplied equipment - Working alongside the customers to perform system maintenance - Performing health checks and audits on the mechanical aspects of the system - Performing emergency corrective maintenance - Act as main liaison between the site and Vanderlande on electromechanical issues - Work to process and escalate as required - Write up incident summaries and provide reports as and when required Required Education & Experience: - Experienced to degree level in a relevant competency - Mechatronics - Service Technician - Electromechanical - Minimum 3 years’ experience in material handling systems Preferred Education & Experience: - Bachel...
