Social Value Manager

Job description

Sureserve is seeking a Group Social Value Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening, coordinating and consistently delivering social value across the Group, in relation to the essential energy and compliance services we deliver to the social housing and public buildings sectors. The role will sit at Group level and report to the Group Head of ESG. The primary focus on social value delivery, measurement and impact, with secondary support for broader ESG projects. The role is intended to be practical, delivery‑focused and highly collaborative, working with internal teams, clients and external partners seeking innovative approaches to maximise our social value. This role will be instrumental in ensuring Sureserve delivers demonstrable, high‑quality social value outcomes aligned with client expectations, public‑sector frameworks and the Group’s ESG strategy.
