Job Summary This position is in Carrizo Springs, TX as a E&I Midstream Operations team member. This role requires a unique combination of expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation & controls. This expertise will be needed especially in high, medium, and low voltage substation operations. Responsibilities: - Accomplish job responsibilities/duties in accordance with WES Core Values - Accountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers, and promoting a safe, compliant work environment - Maintain effective communications, provide ideas, raise concerns, and work with other functions including plant supervision, engineering, operations, I&E, other maintenance employees, clerical staff, and contractors - Coordinate/perform maintenance duties required to maintain operations and regulatory compliance - Troubleshooting and repair motor starter buckets, electric motor maintenance, and main tie main switching - Read electrical drawings and redline them after changes have been made - Troubleshooting numerous types of breakers, including 480/277 VAC up to 15kV - Troubleshooting and maintaining heat trace installs and soft starts - VFD troubleshooting and installing, programming, aft...
