Position Details: As the Site Manager for the Healthy Brain Network (HBN), you will drive the operational efficiency and administrative duties of the research site. You will oversee all daily activities and operations, including capacity management, optimized scheduling and flow of participants, facility performance, participant safety, onboarding coordination, and coordination of resources. You will oversee office operations, ensure maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, and liaise with clinical and research leadership to implement interdisciplinary aims following HBN and Child Mind Institute standards.
