Your Responsibilities: - Take ownership of regular financial reporting and analyses for the headquarters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Collect, maintain, and manage customer master data - Issue invoices and execute related transaction processes in the ERP system (SAP) - Conduct the accounting and posting of incoming payments, monitor open items, and prepare accounts receivable (AR) reports - Administer, maintain, and optimize commercial credit insurance - Perform accounts payable (AR) reconciliations and carry out related analyses - Review and analyze customer sales rebates and associated fees - Review staff travel reimbursements and record them in the system - Execute AP tasks such as invoice verification, posting, and preparation of payment runs - Drive process improvements and contribute to the optimization of existing workflows Your Profile: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Professional experience in accounting is beneficial, but not required.
