Quality Control Centre Operations Manager All Poland 16 May: - Salary: PLN 10,000 – 14,000 gross + annual bonus (15–25%) + benefits package - Employment Type: Employment contract / B2B contract - Location (Warsaw): Hybrid THE ROLE – Key Responsibilities: - Full operational responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the Quality Control Centre (QCC), including dough production and storage of sauces and key pizza ingredients - Managing the ordering process for both company-owned and franchise locations - Conducting price and contract negotiations with raw material and packaging suppliers - Actively sourcing and onboarding new suppliers (including quality audits) - Coordinating and approving deliveries of raw materials and ingredients in cooperation with the brand owner / international headquarters - Managing franchisee receivables (collections, payment monitoring, and payment scheduling) - Maintaining daily operational contact with franchise partners regarding deliveries, quality standards, and production needs - Implementing and supervising HACCP, BRC/IFS, GMP systems and corporate standards - Reporting operational results and KPIs (productivity, quality, costs, OTIF) to manage...
