Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist who will support the FP&A team by delivering accurate , timely , and actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and automation. This role partners closely with F&A and cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and decision support through high-quality data and analytical rigor. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Duties and Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial and operational KPIs. Build strong working relationships and create/ maintain a positive working environment. Collaborate with F&A, Operations, and IT to align data definitions and reporting standards. Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data integrity by validating financial data across multiple systems and sources.
