Senior Global Payroll Specialist (E5792) - 260054 : KNW-B30 Description: Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and insight-driven payroll operations across U.S. and international populations, supporting a complex multi-country environment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll integrity through advanced analysis, reconciliations, audit support, and continuous process improvement. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate processing of IEEE's biweekly US and international monthly payrolls for six countries: China, Japan, Singapore, India, Austria, and Germany. Serving as a subject matter expert, this role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, leads retirement plan payroll oversight, and contributes to system enhancements and operational scalability. The position reports to the Payroll Manager with limited supervision.
