This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $26.05 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. The Warehouse Operator - responsible for the inventory management of packaging components of multiple production lines, including physical counts and inventory reconciliation before, after, and during production campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Confirm/identify packaging material availability, location, and condition for production lines prior to production campaigns. Plan/coordinate delivery schedule for materials located in outside storage locations (warehouses and drop trailers) to arrive to meet production line(s) scheduled planning rates.
