Job Summary: Yami’s HR team is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with the passion to work in a fast-paced and growing start-up company. The incumbent will be a team player, working closely with the HR team and other cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement Recruitment and other HR programs and activities that result in a more efficient, capable, service-oriented, and engaged organization. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to identifying current and future staffing needs, advertising open positions, maintaining detailed records about candidates, guiding applicants through all phases of the recruitment process while taking ownership and continuously improving the end-to-end selection and hiring process.
