Job description

Overview AACR operates a complex, multi-cloud Salesforce environment that serves as the operational backbone of the organization. Our platform spans Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) for fundraising and membership, Salesforce Marketing Cloud for communications and campaign management, Salesforce Data Cloud for audience segmentation, and a sophisticated integration layer connecting Salesforce to our data warehouse, finance systems, identity management (Auth0), and event platforms. The Salesforce Administrator, Enterprise Platforms is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day health, stability, and continuous improvement of this environment. You will work alongside our managed services development partner and internal platform team to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem operates reliably, scales with the organization, and delivers real value to the departments that depend on it. This role is designed for someone who has deep Salesforce/NPC experience and meaningful Marketing Cloud familiarity.
