Assist in the acquisition of real estate required for Company operations and disposal of real estate not required for Company operations. Negotiate and handle details in connection with leases, both surface and mineral, on Company owned real estate. Assist in the review and analysis of real estate documents, including oil and gas leases, while determining key provisions, obligations and ownership in order to realize maximum return.
