Job Description: Graduate Analyst - Sales Support (12-month FTC) 12-month Fixed Term Contract The EMEA Sales Support team at Russell Investments supports sales efforts across multiple client segments (Institutional & Wealth), products and solutions (Customized Portfolio Solutions, e.g. Outsourced Trading and Transition Management, Fiduciary Management/OCIO, and Private Markets. As a graduate analyst, you will support the EMEA Sales Teams at every stage of the sales process, working closely with Sales associates and other internal stakeholders. Examples of key responsibilities are supporting prospect interaction, preparation of background information ahead of meetings, compiling and updating sales collateral, leveraging sales enablement tools etc. This role is well suited to someone who is organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a genuine interest in the commercial side of the business. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to start in July 2026.
