Regional Director of Operations (WI & IL)

Job description

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) plays a critical leadership role in driving performance across a portfolio of up to 14 dental practices, representing approximately $20 million in annual revenue. This role is responsible for leading a team of Operations Managers, building strong partnerships with affiliated dentists and office teams, Regional Doctor Directors, and support departments ensuring consistent execution of operational standards. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. This role will support our Illinois and Wisconsin regions. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with multi-site healthcare experience, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a proven ability to drive results through data, accountability, and collaboration.
