PRIMARY FUNCTION: Support machine shop production by maximizing equipment uptime and availability through the development and execution of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program. Provide hands-on training and technical support to maintenance technicians across all machine shop equipment and processes. Coordinate equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and production teams.
