Orion Group is looking for an experienced and energetic Talent Analyst to join our team! As a Talent Analyst, you will play a key role in our growth as you are responsible for sourcing, cultivating and hiring high potential candidates for executive positions across the holding company of Orion and its verticals.This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of spending 2–3 days per week in the office Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a diverse range of sourcing techniques, including desk research, online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. - Initial Outreach: Initiate contact with potential candidates via email, LinkedIn, or other appropriate channels, providing information about available opportunities and fostering initial engagement. - Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, addressing queries, and nurturing relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow...
