Join us as SHE Manager! Function: Supply Chain; Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Scope: Europe: Location: Poland/ Hungary/Romania/ Spain: Terms & Conditions: Full-time position. The role can be based only in the specified countries listed above. No relocation assistance will be provided. Travel requirement: approximately 30%. JOB PURPOSE: The 1UL Europe SHE Manager has overall responsibility for managing Personal and Process Safety, Construction Safety, Security, Health, Industrial Hygiene & Environmental improvement activities to achieve excellence within the European geography. These sites include all factories, office buildings, virtual offices, R&D centers, distribution centers, field sales and merchandizers. They are responsible for all Unilever employees, contractors and third-party suppliers across the end-to-end supply chain including any decentralized businesses. The SHE Manager works across the matrixed organization to deliver SHE technology, tools, and work processes to help clients across the businesses, functions and geographies excel in SHE performance.
