Location MV Aliso Viejo, California, USA: Department Name: 100-General and Administrative Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. - A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional accounting experience. - A minimum of seven (7) years of management or leadership experience. - Previous experience working at a multinational company. - Very strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. - Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles, including generally accepted accounting principles and IFRS. - High level of technical knowledge including budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes. - Knowledge of local, state and federal financial regulations. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. - Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, cash management, financial analysis processes, rolling budgets and product-line profitability analysis. - Excellent management skills, with the ability to assign and monitor work. - General knowledge of ERP systems. - Proficient with MS Office, includin...
