Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience managing supply chain security operations within a multi-national corporation. - Experience in working with vendors and managing teams. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with transportation security technologies (e.g., GPS, RFID) and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TAPA, C-TPAT, ISO). - Experience in asset protection, including security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with external partners. - Experience managing security operations and personnel to deliver high-quality, customer-oriented programs. - Ability to develop and deploy security programs for high-value assets, confidential prototypes, and unreleased products. - Ability to influence executive leadership and stakeholders in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. - Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
