Job Title: Maintenance Crew Entity: Rocker B Ranch: Reports To: Bart Byrd: Pay Rate: $20-22/hr: Overview: As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall functionality, safety, and upkeep of the complex at Rocker B Ranch. This role focuses on facility maintenance and repair, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating efficiently to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, including but not limited to door hardware, locks, televisions, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential problems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies during weekend operations. Assist with preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems.
