As a Data Scientist, a typical day will include the following duties: - Utilize SQL Developer and Python programing languages to extract and transform talent data including the implementation of business rules for how the data needs to be prepared for analytics. - Use advanced analytics (e.g., AI/ML) in order to respond to complex talent questions, especially as they relate to language and learning. - Utilize data visualization tools and dashboards to appropriately convey data and respond to leadership requests. - Develop user-friendly, easy to understand reports (e.g., graphs, charts, briefing slides) for clients to meet busine...
