PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry. Purpose: This position is responsible for supervising and instructing the Packaging department with effective leadership and coordination to achieve the weekly objective to package the dried flower through a variety of formats, utilizing different tools and machinery, labeling and organizing, and other post harvest related tasks. The Supervisor of Packaging role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Supervisor of Packaging will report to the Manager of Post-Harvest, and while working in cohesion with the other Post Harvest departments to achieve most effective trimming, drying, curing, and packaging results.
