We’re looking for a Compensation & People Analytics Analyst and AI Builder to join our team in Denver. This role is ideal for an early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) who enjoys working with data and leveraging modern AI tools to build practical, data-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, organizational research, and emerging AI technologies. You will work with compensation and workforce data, build analytical tools quickly, and support internal processes that help administer large-scale payroll and equity programs.
